Rob graduated from the University of Southern Maine (cum laude) in 1988. He received his Juris Doctorate from New England Law School in Boston in 1994. Rob is presently licensed to practice law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. From 1997 to 2001, he was an attorney with Seufert, P.A. He went on to become a partner in the law firm of Burke & Eisner and subsequently operated his own law office for five years in Gilford. Rob has acted as a Hearing Officer with the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission and is a court certified mediator and guardian ad litem.

In addition to being a lawyer, Rob also owns a small commercial real estate company and a fledgling robotics company with his son. He is an active private mediator and arbitrator and has been hired by firms throughout the state to help resolve many types of disputes. In his free time, Rob enjoys mountain biking, motorcycling, surfing, skiing and is an avid runner, having completed five marathons and multiple triathlons.
