Attorney Seufert obtained his B.A. from the University of Massachusetts in 1981 and his law degree from Suffolk University in 1984. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1984, the New Hampshire Bar in 1985, the North Carolina Bar in 1996, the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts in 1985, the U.S. District Court of New Hampshire in 1985, and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1988.
